Expert comments -service

Purpose

Expert comments -service is the main interface between users and Schneider Electric experts in the system. Schneider Electric expert makes observations and proposals for improvement and comments on heating, water, and energy of the building, etc. in the system. You can browse the comments organized by type or you can look for a certain comment by entering a word in the search field.

Use

Browsing expert comments. When entering Expert comments -service, you can see the three latest comments. You can browse the comments by clicking on the arrows below them. By choosing Next you can see three older comments and Previous shows three newer ones. You can see the number of the current page and the total number of pages in the brackets below the arrows.

Searching for comments. The search fields can be found below the heading Expert comments -service. Enter your search string in the Search text -field. The search string can occur anywhere in the comment, e.g. in the middle of a word. Uppercase and lowercase are treated the same. You can choose the type of the comments you are looking for in the Choose type-menu. If you leave the Search text-field blank, the system shows all the comments of the chosen type. Start the search by clicking on the Search-button. For browsing the comments that contain your search string see Browsing expert comments above.
